TULA Exfoliating Treatment Mask!

Hello All!

Today, I am here to discuss something very important.. SKINCARE.

I believe that great make up start with taking care of your skin. If your pores are clogged, you won’t love the way your foundation looks once you apply it. If you don’t exfoliate regularly, you will experience dry patches/cracked skin. Many people tend to invest money into their make up rather than their skincare. It would be wonderful if we could just cover up our problems with foundation or concealer, but that is purely a quick fix. I am a firm believer in the benefits of taking care of your skin. If you are willing to pay more in order to use luxury make up, you shouldn’t be using cheap skincare products.

What is it?

TULA Exfoliating Treatment Mask

-removes old, dead skin cells

-smooths skin texture and reveals younger-looking skin

-brightens, hydrates and evens skin tone

-reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles

-This mask is safe for all skin types!

-Can be used 2-3 times per week

Why I Love It!

I love that it is a chemical AND physical exfoliant. It’s doing the work of two products in one. The probiotic technology repairs and soothes my skin while the clay pulls out impurities. Aside from it’s key benefits, I love it because it’s something that I can use to stop a breakout in it’s tracks, as well as weekly maintenance. It’s the only product that I’ve found to stop a breakout from emerging (when you feel it coming in, and you start to freak out!). I like to use it as a spot treatment for cystic acne breakouts..the most painful of all!

  1. Thank you for all of this information!!!!! I loved reading it. I ordered the mask last week and I am more excited about receiving it! Have you tried Lush Cosmestics masks???

  2. You have a beautiful blog! I am going to look into trying this. I use Kate Summerville exfolikate now and I swear by it as it is physical and chemical. You also only leave it on for 2 minutes maximum. The one thing I will say is I wish you went into more detail about how you use it. You can use it 2-3 times a week but is that too harsh or not enough? How long do you leave it on for? How does it feel while it is on the face!

I think this is a great post! Please don’t take that as criticism.

    • Thank you for your feedback! def not taking it as criticism! I love Kate Somerville’s Exfolikate, although I tend to find it too harsh to use multiple times a week. This product is a lot more gentle than Kate’s. I am just blown away by how Tula’s mask works. For my skin, 2-3 times a week is perfect. It’s not too harsh. I cannot say that all skin types could use it up to 3x a week, but if your skin is like mine, then I would recommend 2-3 times a week. As for how long to leave it on for, I think it depends on personal preference/what you are trying to accomplish. Some days I like to leave it on until it dries.. other days I like to wear it after it dries around the house for a deeper clean. I love the way my skin feels after I use this product. Not tight, but I feel clean. It is important to stay consistent with products like these. Hope my answers helped! let me know if I could answer anything else! 🙂 xo, lola.
